Made-to-measure motorcycle suits & size guide
Every suit, jacket and pair of pants we sell can be made in a standard size or cut to your measurements, at the same price.
How it works
- Choose your design and select “Made to measure” as the size.
- Enter your measurements on the product page, in centimetres or inches. The form only asks for what that item needs.
- We cut and make it in our own workshop. This usually takes 8–10 working days.
- You check the photos. We email you pictures of the finished piece before anything ships.
Help before we make your suit
Ask us for WhatsApp or video call support if you need help taking or checking measurements. If you plan to wear an airbag, tell us its exact brand and model so we can review the fit requirements with you.
We send real photos of the finished suit for you to approve the design and details before shipping. For urgent orders, contact us before ordering so we can check whether faster production is possible.
Standard size or made to measure?
If a standard size in riding gear usually fits you well, pick your normal size. Choose made to measure if you're between sizes, taller or shorter than average, have a longer or shorter reach, or just want a close race fit. Leather should feel snug when it's new; it softens and shapes to you as you ride.

These are body measurements, not garment measurements. Between two sizes, or a different size on top and bottom? Choose made to measure at no extra fit risk.
Tips for accurate measurements
- Get someone to help. It's hard to measure yourself accurately.
- Use a soft tailor's tape, over light clothing or underwear.
- Keep the tape snug and level, not tight.
- Stand straight and relaxed. For sleeve, elbow and biceps, bend your arm as if holding handlebars.
- Measure twice. If readings differ, measure again or ask our team for help.
