A one-piece motorcycle race suit joins the upper and lower sections into a single garment, with a cut shaped for a riding position.
It's made from genuine leather with CE Level 2 armor at the shoulders, elbows and knees, knee sliders, and reinforced stitching on the seams that take the most stress in a slide. The arms and legs are pre-curved so the suit sits right when you're tucked in on the bike.
Every piece is made to order in our own workshops. Choose a standard size, or pick “Made to measure” and give us your measurements so we cut it to fit you. Before anything ships, we send you photos of the finished piece to check.
Standard construction uses 1.2–1.3 mm top-grade cowhide. Upgrade all leather panels to kangaroo leather for an additional $150 per suit. Airbag fit customization is an additional $75; tell us your airbag brand and exact model before production. The airbag itself is not included. We can help check measurements through WhatsApp or a video call.
Shipping & returns
Made to order in 6–7 working days. After you approve the photos, we ship by DHL or FedEx and delivery usually takes up to 20 days. Orders of $500 or more include free worldwide DDP shipping with import duties and taxes prepaid. Below this threshold, the existing shipping charge applies and import duties or taxes may be payable on delivery.

A 100 mph+ crash at Donington Park. The suit held.
On 9 October 2026, Aaron went down at over 100 mph while racing at Donington Park in his made-to-measure Leathers First leather race suit. The bike came back in pieces.
The suit came back scuffed on the elbow, knee and shoulder slider, which is exactly where it should take the hit. No seam split and nothing tore through.
